I. The Blueprint · II. The Install · III. The Brain
90 days. Your decisions, put into systems the team can run.
The install works from your two blueprints: your actual state, which is how the company runs today, and your ideal state, which is how it could run at its best. It starts closing the gap between them, and the brain keeps closing it over time.
We rank the fixes from the gap between the blueprints and agree the scope and price with you before anything starts. Then we put them in alongside your COO or ops lead, inside the cadence you already run, and train the team to run them without us.

What we put in
- Operating rhythms. The planning cycle, the weekly meetings and the daily check-ins, each with a clear purpose and an owner.
- Reporting. Numbers people trust, there before the meeting starts.
- Decision rights. Every decision on the Roles Org Chart gets an owner, including the ones that had none.
- Decision records. Each key decision is logged where it's made, with the information behind it, so the brain has something to review.
- Meeting and task training. The team is trained to run the system without us.
The brain
The brain is built during the install from the company knowledge it captures, and tested on a silent run and a backfill before it goes live. Both blueprints become its standing files, and the decision records the install starts are what its monthly review works from.
Our completion guarantee
Every operating control in your quote will be installed and verified with your team by day 90, checked line by line against the agreed scope. If our work is incomplete, we keep working at no additional charge until that check passes. The final Install payment is due when it passes.
What it does to the value of the company
A company that runs through its founder is discounted at diligence, because the buyer is buying a dependency. A company that runs on a system it owns is priced on the system. The install is the difference between the two.
Proof
At Manukora we replaced a stalled agency rollout with an operating system the team could run. The discontinued agency retainer was $7,250 a month.
THE TERMS.90 days. Quoted from your blueprint, module by module. You choose the modules, and the price is fixed before work starts. We set the start date with you, around your launches and retailer resets. Buying a blueprint doesn't fix a start date. A one-department blueprint is credited in full against it.
