Every operating control in your Install quote will be installed and verified with your team by day 90, checked line by line against the agreed scope. If our work is incomplete, we keep working at no additional charge until that check passes. The final Install payment is due when it passes.

The blueprint and the install are fixed prices for the scope we agree, quoted before you commit. A blueprint of one department or one cross-department flow starts at $7,500, credited in full against its install. A whole-company blueprint is scoped to its size. The blueprint ends with one fixed quote for everything it recommends, priced module by module. You choose which modules to install, or you stop there and owe nothing more. The brain runs quarter to quarter, and you can stop at the end of any quarter. No hourly billing, no percentage-of-savings invoices.

In the blueprint, everyone in the department sits one interview, up to an hour, from its lead to the newest hire. The founder gets an hour of their own. After that we go back for another hour or two with the three or four people who hold the most operating detail, often the chief of staff or the executive assistant. In the install, your operators work with us to put the upgrades in, and we agree who is involved and how much time before it starts.

We set the start date with you, around your launches and retailer resets. Buying a blueprint doesn't fix a start date.

Henry leads it himself and builds it with your operators. Everything we build sits in your own GitHub as plain files, so any engineer can pick it up. Our engineering partners know the method and can too. Parallax is operated by Luckiest Man Alive LLC, which is the company on the contract.

The brain connects only to the systems your admin approves, usually Shopify, Meta, Klaviyo, Slack and your meeting recordings, and each person sees only what their clearance allows. Your data is never used to train public models. Accurate. Every answer names the meeting or number it came from. Numbers are pulled from the system that holds them, and the brain is checked against questions with known answers. Open to any model. Run it on the AI model you choose. When a better one arrives, switch without rebuilding. We'll sign your NDA before the first interview.
